Calling all plant lovers! Ott’s Exotic Plants is the perfect location for your senior portrait session. I adore this creative and unique photo spot in Eastern Pennsylvania. Joanna is a huge fan of all things plants and flowers. She decided to add this location to the list for her senior session. From cute little succulents to a beautiful waterfall, this place has it all.

A greenhouse location like Ott’s can be very busy looking if not styled correctly. Joanna stuck to neutral, earthy tones in her outfits. I loved her black and white jumpsuit and her flowy, brown dress. Both of these complimented her surroundings and did not compete with the background. We kept this same idea in mind when it came to props. She chose to bring along a straw hat and a book. I think both of these simple props add to our location even more. I adore the western look of the straw hat with a cactus.

Joanna and I had so much fun hopping from plant to plant for her senior session. This unique spot in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania has the perfect variety of flowers, tropical plants, succulents, and more! We began her session among the colorful baskets of flowers. Here we squeezed between the benches of plants for these shots. I love framing the shelved flower pots in the foreground to fill the photo!

Then, we made our way to all the tropical plants with big leaves. We got some giggles out too because I placed Joanna almost entirely inside the plant! Photos like these are always my favorite. Next, I wanted to bring out the western vibe with some cacti and her straw hat. We photographed a few poses with the hat on and a few more with the hat in her hand. Lastly, we walked up the waterfall staircase. We squeezed in some sitting poses and dress twirling shots. I adore the enter sign peeking through!
