This past Summer, I met with a lovely up and coming local realtor. She needed some professional branding photos to elevate her standing as a real estate agent in Berks County. Angela was not only driven and kind, but she knew exactly what she wanted. After she inquired on my website, we scheduled a phone consultation (I call these Session Planning Chats) to go over all the details. She already had a color scheme chosen for her brand. We stuck with some olive greens as the main focus. Angela really wanted these photos to be captured in a cafe-style location. We found this cute little outdoor patio location in the Sinking Spring area.

Beginning Angela’s photo session, I focused on capturing professional headshots. This is a must-have for realtors and business people alike. I made sure to achieve a few LinkedIn style shots along with some more casual photos for social media. Having variety in your headshots is so important depending on what you may need it for.

During the second half of Angela’s photo shoot, we wanted to capture more candid and social-media-worthy photos. She brought in a few fun props to give our scene an office/cafe look. We set up her laptop and phone, a centerpiece, and a little coffee cup. These were the perfect props to interact with and create a candid gallery. I switched up angles, gave Angela different prompts, and photographed some details. This variety of photos make great content for her social media feed.
